We help individuals with 121 coaching support and carefully crafted, immersive learning experiences in amazing environments designed to help individuals reflect, resource themselves, bring their whole being back into balance so they can take on any challenge. Our coaching approach is designed to help people tune in to and bring into balance their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing, develop their own resources and resilience, mindful self awareness, develop deep insight into the limiting patterns and beliefs that might be holding them back from reaching their full potential and help them to access their imagination and creativity, put in place concrete plans for building the future they want to create. 

 

Leaders & Teams

Our leaders need to fundamentally alter their approach to leadership – rather than the bottom line, they need to focus on creating inclusive systems that serve the needs of every stakeholder. Becoming enablers, connectors, facilitators, coalition builders, systems thinkers. They need to be skilled in the art of emergent design and experimentation. 

We don’t (just) do training – we do development. We know that one shot training efforts don’t work without having the right support systems in place. Anyone trying to transform their mindset, learn new skills and practice new behaviours needs consistent support. We provide a whole system approach to change with immersive learning experiences, on-the-job support and longer-term coaching to sustain change over time. As much as possible, we embed ourselves with leaders and teams to provide in-the-moment insight, processing and learning, trying new behaviours. Our approach is based on the latest research in psychology, organisational development and tried and test best practice in the field.

Consulting – Building resilient organisations 

We provide in depth consulting to organisations serious about positive, transformative change. This includes a robust assessment of your organisation’s resilience at the individual, leadership and systems level. We provide tailor-made recommendations for increasing your resilience as an organisation, which might be a combination of leadership development, team development, training and culture transformation. You might want to train your staff in resilience skills but that won’t make a difference if you have unclear goals, cognitive overload and unrealistic deadlines for delivery. We look at the whole system to identify where the inflection points are, the places of greatest leverage for change.
