In 2015, we partnered with USAID and the Lebanese government to support the resilience and psychosocial wellbeing of refugee children in the Lebanese school system. We conducted a national impact evaluation and found improvements in students’ wellbeing and teach confidence in supporting them.
We designed a programme to build the leadership capabilities of senior leaders at Graphcore. The programme focused on building emotional intelligence, self awareness and cultivating strategies for managing stress as individuals and on their teams based on neuroscience and mindfulness practice.
